Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data the game “Hawwit” collects, how it is used, and how it is protected. The game is family-oriented and may be played by children, so we request non-personalized ads only and never sell or share children's data for targeted advertising.

1) Data controller

The controller of this game's data is the Hawwit developer. Privacy contact: support@hawwit.space.

2) Data we collect

• Anonymous ID — an anonymous Firebase user id to save and sync your progress across devices (no name/email unless you sign in).
• Progress profile — level, currencies, collection, play stats, a device id for session management, and timestamps (stored in Firestore).
• Leaderboard — a display name you choose + your score (do not put personal data in the display name).
• “Majlis” mode — during shared play your device exchanges direct connection signals (WebRTC) with players; an IP address may be exposed between devices during a session.
• Sign-in (optional) — if you link Google/Apple we use your email and first name for sync only.
• Analytics (mobile app) — gameplay events, device/account identifiers, and IP via Firebase Analytics.
• Ads (mobile app, and web when enabled) — advertising identifiers (AAID/IDFA), IP, and ad interactions via Google AdMob / AdSense.

3) Purposes

• Save/sync your progress and manage your session.
• Run multiplayer modes and leaderboards.
• Show (non-personalized) ads to support the free game.
• Improve performance and fix crashes.

4) Advertising

Ads may be served via Google (AdMob on mobile, AdSense H5 on web when enabled). Google and partners use cookies/device identifiers to serve ads. Because this is a family game, we request non-personalized ads only. Manage Google ads at adssettings.google.com; learn more at Google's partner policy.

5) Children's privacy

The game appeals to children and we comply with children's-privacy rules (COPPA, Google Families policy, GDPR-K). We do not serve personalized/behavioral ads to children, do not sell or share their data for targeted advertising, and cap ad content to the General (G) rating. Parents who believe their child provided data without consent can contact support@hawwit.space for deletion.

6) Third parties

We use providers to run the service: Google/Firebase (hosting, auth, database, analytics), Google AdMob/AdSense (ads), and Apple (on iOS). We do not sell your data.

7) Your rights

Under the Saudi PDPL and comparable laws you may access, correct, delete, port, and object to processing of your data, and withdraw consent. To exercise a right, email support@hawwit.space.

8) Data deletion

Delete your data in-game via Settings → Sign out (wipes the on-device profile), or request cloud-account deletion by emailing support@hawwit.space. See the support page for steps.

9) International transfer & retention

Some data is processed by Google/Apple outside Saudi Arabia under their contractual safeguards. We retain data while your account is active or as required by law, then delete it. If a breach affects your data we notify the competent authority (SDAIA) within the statutory period.
